NRS's cool flow system is found on the back of the PFD to allow for ventilation on those harder trips or warmer weather.
Coast Guard Certification
The NRS Women's Sayan is a Type III, medium profile life jacket with 16.5 pounds of flotation and carries the US Coast Guard Certification, through testing by Underwriters Laboratories (UL).
